I emailed a few other companies with my initial questions and all of them replied to me with a link to the FAQ sections of their websites, except John. He sent me a long reply answering every question. Within two days of my ordering my template he had it completed and even made changes to the template for me as a courtesy. I never felt out of the loop on this process which is a huge deal to me as working online with someone can be scary. He even helped me out by handling my hosting for me and setting it up as I didn’t know how. I am so impressed and thankful. Trust me, picking one of the adorable templates here is the best you can get!!!
