By purchasing a pre-made website template, print design or custom web design, you – the client – are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions serve to protect both the client and Hello Style. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please do not contact us for any services.
Authorization of work
Hello Style is engaged as an independent contractor, and is authorized to access any hosting or domain account for the purpose of installing and/or updating a website design for the client. The client authorizes their hosting service(s) to allow Hello Style full access the client’s hosting and domain accounts as needed for such work.
Payment
Accepted forms of payment are credit cards and instant payments through Paypal. Personal checks, money orders or Paypal e-checks are not accepted. For custom design projects, unless other arrangements are agreed upon a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated project cost is requried to start the project and/or place you on our waiting list. The final 50% balance (plus any additional fees due to design or requirements changes requested by the client) is due prior to installation of the approved website design. All payments are non-refundable. In the event of client cancellation or scheduling conflicts, all payments may be non-refundable.
Content and copyright
By purchasing a pre-designed product (website template, print design or addtional related services), you are purchasing a limited license entitling you to use of the product, not ownership. You agree that the graphics and HTML contained are to be used only for the purpose for which they were intended, and only for the domain name under which they were originally purchased. They are not to be re-sold, distributed, transferred or used elsewhere in whole or in part. The design credits & link (appearing on the website and within HTML) may not be removed or altered in any way and must be kept visible, appearing on all pages. All graphics remain the property of Hello Style and are not to be copied or duplicated in whole or in part. A Rights to photos, graphics, source code and software are specifically not transferred to the client, and remain the property of Hello Style. Ownership and copyright for all source graphics, code & software remains with Hello Style.
Communication and client support
Timely and accurate communication is critical to the success and timely completion of your project. We will work diligently on your project and will provide an estimated time of completion and will keep you informed via email if there will be any changes to this timeline. All communication will be done via e-mail unless other arrangements are agreed upon. For any requests made for information, graphics or content needed for us to complete your project that are not received within 30 days, Hello Style reserves the right to cancel the project & the client may forfeit any fees paid to that point.
Hello Style will provide e-mail support for a period of 30 days from completion and approval of your project. After that period, there may be an hourly support charge of $50/hour depending on the nature and complexity of your request.
Customizations and additional services
Unless stated and/or agreed to otherwise, all items are sold as is stated within the item description. We do accept customization requests (including but not limited to wording, color schemes, etc.) however they may incur an additional fee. For any such requests we receive we will provide a written quote via e-mail within 2 business days of receipt. Please be sure to contact us with any questions BEFORE making your purchase.
Your purchase of a pre-made website template includes free installation of the template with an approved hosting provider. If you choose to use a provider not included in that list, you will receive all graphics & HTML for the template via e-mail attachment for you to install with the provider of your choice. We cannot provide any technical assistance with templates & other product that we do not install for you. Template installation does not include set-up of product categories, products, additional text or shopping cart unless otherwise agreed to or is included in the purchase of that design. We do offer such services at an additional fee that will need to be discussed and agreed to in advance, which will depend on the scope of the services being requested.
Delivery of finished products
All products will be delivered electronically, via email and/or digital delivery.
Refund Policy
Due to their nature, once your items and/or services have been delivered and/or installed no refunds will be given. We pride ourselves on customer service & are happy to help you resolve any issues you may be having with regard to the item. We may be able to offer assistance on web host-related questions but since we are not the service provider we may not be able to answer every question but will do our best to help as we can. Please be sure to ask any & all questions you might have BEFORE purchasing your item.
Our portfolio
Hello Style reserves the right to use any finished product, or portion thereof, as part of our product portfolio.
Refusal of service
Hello Style reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. Any payments made for services that will not be performed will be refunded in the same manner in which they were originally paid.
Privacy
Your privacy is important. We will never share or sell your personal information. All correspondence will remain private.
Liability & legal notice
Any service purchased from Hello Style is provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind that the project will be uninterrupted or error-free. Hello Style! will not be liable to you or any third party, on any legal theory for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages arising out of the use of any service, graphic or code, or the use of any hosting service, service provider, telecommunications carrier, internet servers, third party e-commerce programs, or your site visitor’s computer or internet software, including, without limitation, service interruptions caused by acts of God and/or nature, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of data or otherwise, even if expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. Hello Style does not guarantee the service of any third-party service providers.
